A well-rounded Technical challenge.

If it matters to you that you are part of a successful organisation then look no further. Our client runs a multi-million pound turnover business, supplying delicious food to the major retailers. You will very possibly have, unknowingly, already sampled some of their products. They would have been good, as this client only makes excellent products!

You are obviously well experienced in Technical Services - Raw Materials, Specifications, Quality Management Systems, etc. if you are applying for this role, however we are also looking for someone who has proven people management skills.

You are great at delegating and enjoy getting people on side so that the whole team work together for the good of all. We will enjoy hearing examples of how you have won your people round in previous roles.

Working with the major retailers is something that is prominent in your CV. Although you won't physically be writing specifications, you need to have an understanding of a selection of the major retailer systems so that you can manage effectively and understand all implications.

Auditing is key to any manufacturing business and this role is no exception. You will already have worked in roles where you have been a central player in ensuring that successful audits are achieved through excellent team relations.

As Technical Services Manager you will be a key player in the Technical Team. You will have direct contact with the customer so previous experience of retail contact will be something that our client is looking for.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in beefing up your CV. You will step up in the absence of the Technical Manager so this would be a great opportunity to build your CV.

Working closely with NPD is another element to this role. You understand the technical requirements in the concept to launch process to ensure that no product is delayed getting on the shelf.

Basically, you are an excellent technical all-rounder with proven man management skills and we want to hear from you.
