Our client who is a leader in their market, deep rooted in the food manufacturing industry is looking for a new member to join their Quality and Technical team.

With their popular product, strong work ethic a true Quality Champion will be an absolute compliment to the team.

An experienced Quality Manager with a high standard of Food Safety and Quality, at home with Quality Systems, BRC, HACCP, open to change and that mindset of being Audit Ready!

The successful candidate will have UK Food Manufacturing experience, a leader of continuous improvement the ability to adapt quickly a team player and strong communication skills.

The responsibilities for role include:
Management of the QA teams - delivering high standards of food safety, customer service and legislation
Maintain and improve the HACCP systems, site quality systems and compliance
Quality auditing procedures and knowledgeable with BRC standards
Effective management of corrections, investigations, non-conformances and a champion of continuous improvement
Delivering results within a set timescale
Ensuring inspection and test equipment is accurate and maintained

The role will suit a self motivated, forward thinking individual with a can do attitude as well as experience working with retailers, suppliers and a strong team player who can connect with all levels across the factory floor.
Intermediate or Advanced HACCP and Food related degree level will be essential.
