Salary: £60,000 per annum

A big player in the FMCG sector are looking for a skilled Head of Operations to join the team. The successful candidate will find this role very challenging but the end result will be very satisfying and rewarding.

Reporting into the Operations Director you will be responsible for leading and developing an efficient operation in line with the site plan and the business KPI's. A key part in doing this will be to manage, develop and motivate your team through training and effective methods of management.

You will need to ensure all the processes for the production unit are completed efficiently in cost-effective methods to meet customer requirements and specifications. In your role you will need to promote a continuous improvement culture and implement new processes to increase performance and to drive down costs.

Ideal Candidate:

*3 Years Senior Operations experience in the FMCG sector
*Excellent planning and organisational skills
*Forward thinking in your outlook and be prepared to lead from the front when required.
*Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
*Strong Continuous Improvement skillset
