Printroom Line Leader / South Lincolnshire

Our client is a leading food processing business who is looking to hire a Printroom Line Leader who will be responsible for managing the Printroom personnel, ensuring all labels are printed and checked to a customer specification ready to issue to the Production teams.

Reporting into the Packaging and Printroom Manager, you will manage a team of 3 staff to ensure labels are printed and checked ensuring production can run to the planning schedule 7 days a week. You will also be required to ensure all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner, either on paperwork provided or the company system. All of your tasks must be undertaken while adhering to strict Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental guidelines and policies.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to use Prophet to a high standard. You will also have experience working within an FMCG environment, specifically food manufacturing or food packing. You must also have Level 2 Food Safety qualification as well as excellent hygiene knowledge and standards.
