Customer Technical Manager, Lincolnshire c£45,000

My client based in Lincolnshire is looking for a new Customer Technical Manager due to growth within the company.

As the Customer Facing Technical Manager you will report into the General Manager with key responsibilities;

  • Ensure that the complaints and retail KPIs are maintained and reported internally and externally
  • Write and report progress against QIP for the site
  • Support Supply Facing Technical Manager with reporting progress to retailers and also maintaining systems
  • Ensure the appropriate systems and procedures are in place regards food safety
  • Work with suppliers on quality issues and new product development
  • Remain up to date with changing regulations regards residues, pesticides etc.
  • Maintain relationships between the business and our Customers

The successful candidate must have;

  • A minimum of 5 years quality experience in the UK food industry
  • 1 years’ experience as a Technical Manager
  • Produce experience
  • Experience dealing with Major Retailers
  • BRC experience  

Monday – Friday

25days + 8 bank holidays
