Are you a multi-skilled engineer who has recent experience working in the food industry and is actively seeking a new opportunity?

Our client is a well-established food manufacturer who pride themselves on consistently producing superior quality products which are supplied to major retailers across the country.

On joining the team, you will be responsible for carrying out the planned maintenance schedule, responding to breakdowns and ensuring the smooth running of the factory.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant engineering qualification and have recent experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*To deliver the planned maintenance schedule as per plan.
*To respond to mechanical and electrical breakdowns in a time efficient manner.
*To identify and implement continuous improvements to factory equipment.
*To ensure all engineering works complies with health and safety legislation.
*To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce negative impact on the environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

*Qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
*Fully conversant with processing and packaging equipment.
*Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding skills.
*Self-motivated, hard-working and organised.
*Good communication skills.
