Salary: £30,000 - £35000
Location: Dartford
Our client is a leading player in the temperature-controlled distribution service, and due to continued growth within their business, they are looking to add to their team with a Driver Assessor.
Key tasks and duties are:
*Driver recruitment
*Coaching & development of staff
*Monitoring incidents and accidents
*Report writing
*Refresher training
*Cary out all pre assessments
