You will be a leader in your own right always looking to encourage your team to challenge and improve manufacturing processes, driving product quality, ensuring efficiency in the most cost effective manner. You will create an environment where critical thinking and constructive challenging is the norm.

You will ideally have come from a bakery manufacturing environment however if you have worked within a FMCG factory having proven leadership and management experience and you are someone who can inspire a team and build a positive culture, we want to here from you.
