Are you a looking for your next senior position within Hygiene Management, well look no further as you will be joining the biggest bakery in town. This powerhouse of a business, with your solid background within the food manufacturing industry, will make you feel part of something special.

This high-volume / fast-paced production sites high demands from the major Retailers means this site is running 24/7. You will report to the Technical Manager but it's your responsibility to run the day to day Hygiene operations, you will be responsible for the effective team management. Ensuring the high standards of the site are upheld. It's down to you to set the standards of the plants sanitation and maintain outstanding food safety during the manufacturing process. You will also ensure the product quality is second to none, having maintained a clean working environment.

As a World Class Manufacturing site culture fit is key, you will have excellent communication skills in order to effectively deal with Operatives on the shop floor and also report back to the senior leadership team. You will have previously worked closely with site leadership teams and therefore are confident and more than capable of discussing your actions and reasoning when reporting back. Change Management experience is a must as your ideas will count.

You will have an in-depth understanding of food safety and food processes. You will be supported and encouraged to develop in the business and a clear succession plan awaits you.
