An excellent food business in Surrey are seeking to recruit a Technical Administrator to ensure the safety, legality & quality of all products bought & sold by the Company.
- Creating and updating product specifications in line with customer requirements and current legislations.
- Implementing and reviewing HACCP at least annually as part of the HACCP team.
- Arranging product testing with specialist laboratories and analysis results to ensure compliance to specifications and legislations.
- Supplier and service provider approval via quality paperwork, accreditation certificates.
- Supplier and service provider visits & audits.
- Logging and investigating customer complaints within the required time frame.
This is a Monday to Friday role and an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing and progressive organisation
