We at Gazebo Fine Foods are growing and as a result looking for an NPD chef who has some experience within chilled and frozen snacks and Ready Meals in Ethnic cuisines.

The main responsibilities of the role will: 

• Meet all NPD and development requirements for all customers. 
• Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues 
• Successfully develop products from concept through to launch 
• Keep up to date with all new market trends 
• Work closely with the commercial and marketing team to make sure all products have the best portfolio as possible 

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in an NPD role 
• Have had experience communicating with customers 
• A food related degree
