Group Senior Risk Manager

This well-known food brand is looking for a highly capable Senior Risk Advisor / Manager to provide robust monitoring across a number of areas within the group; and then implementing successful policy to negate potential risk factors.

This is a new role, responsible for the particular areas of Health & Safety, Environment, Welfare, Transport and reputation, among others. Providing day-to-day maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and those contracted by the companies.

You will have a proven track record not in just Health & Safety alone but significant Risk Management experience within the food manufacturing and processing sector. It goes without saying you are a professional with excellent communication ability with natural people skills to support and influence a wide range of people.

You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, as well as being a member of the Senior Management team continuously striving for improvement, best practice and driving the safety culture, including behavioural aspects.
