An opportunity has come up with a large food manufacturer with international ties. The exciting food manufacturer in Kent is looking for a warehouse manager to join the team
They are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience in Planning load schedules
- Experience in Shift Management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing tight & pressured deadlines
- Ability to work in a cross functional team
- Experience in applying best practices & procedures
- Qualified in Forklift & Electric pump truck usage
- Experience working with 'Prophet' ERP software or similar
The candidate will be managing a team of up to 5 members of staff and will be required to have strong communicational and motivational skills.
