Well this FTC Process Development Manager role, offers you the best of both worlds. You will head up a process team, within a busy fast-paced, chilled food environment, but will only have to work four days a week! So, if you're looking for a better work life balance, this is the ideal role.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave. What's in it for you? This is your opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest chilled food groups, who have an excellent reputation in the industry and a name you would certainly like to have on your CV.

In the role you will manage the process team, head up factory trials, have a solid understanding of equipment capability and have the ability to work at pace. You will have strong interpersonal skills, as sometimes you will have resistance from others who might not want to change the way they currently work.
