Technical Service Manager job opportunity focused on delivering and developing Hygiene Solutions for the food industry - working closely with customers and internal development teams this will be a really interesting role with fast growing business with exciting product innovations.
THE ROLE requires a first class and innovative Food Industry Technical Manager with a PASSION for Hygiene Solution and a proven track record in Technical and Hygiene Management who is able to guide, troubleshoot and advise on Food Factory Hygiene Solutions.
The TOP 5 Key responsibilities with this role include:
1.Partner with customer to optimise manufacturing hygiene standards and ensure performance is sustainable
2.Provide technical on-site support throughout the full customer life cycle
3.Troubleshoot customer issues, conduct hygiene investigations and make recommendations
4.Support customer in the production and maintenance of detailed cleaning instructions and schedules
5.Perform on-site customer evaluations to assess the impact of change to the customer environment and produce and execute hygiene risk reduction strategies
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have a strong Technical and Hygiene Management background in the Food Industry as well, but not limited to the following:
- Detailed working knowledge of HACCP
- Commercial skills to ensure sophisticated Hygiene Solutions can be delivered
- Significant experience of dealing with the Multiples and BRC
- Mindset focused on finding and delivering sustainable hygiene solutions and plans
- Excellent communication, leadership and team working skills
