CPA Recruitment are working with Brighter Foods in their search for a Health, Safety and Enviroment Manager to join their growing team. This is a new role that will be taking responsibility for the operational health and safety of the complete site and its three production lines. The successful candidate will take the lead role in ensuring that the 250 strong staff team work in an environment with a positive Health and safety culture. This challenging role will include updating and reviewing processes and systems already in place, making sure people are well informed and trained, are being pro-active towards health and safety and carrying out risk assessments and method statements.

  • A NEBOSH certificate.
  • Experience in a health and safety position within the FMCG or Engineering sectors.
  • Experience in driving through improvements in a rapidly changing environment.
