Our client is a big player in the Food Manufacturing sector and they are looking for a talented and ambitious Business Improvement Coordinator to join the team. Reporting into the Business Improvement Manager you will be required to engage with the front-line teams to create a culture of continuous improvement.
A key part of your role within the Operational Excellence team will be to implement and sustain the Manufacturing Excellence processes at your site. You will deliver training and coaching to build practical experience and ongoing capability at site level, ensuring best practice is consistently shared across the manufacturing units.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of specific projects and tasks in fulfilment of the Manufacturing Unit Business Improvement plan and you will contribute to the new product development process to ensure new products are fit for cost effective manufacture.
*Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
*Effective leader of local change authority
*Educated to Degree Level
*Excellent IT skills
