My client are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader to join their business.
The Role:
- You will need to take complete ownership of both your plants & people.
- Responsible for meeting KPI’s and maintaining company standards.
- Manage, lead and develop all reports.
- Recognise and reward great performance.
The Candidate:
- Experience in Food FMCG industry.
- Management and Leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent numeric and literacy skills.
