Role - CPU Production Manager
Salary -£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location - South London

This innovative and fast growing food company provides great products to its handful of retail units across the South in order to share their passion for food with the local community. However, in order to keep doing what they do best, they are now looking for a Kitchen Production Manager to help develop and manage the manufacturing process on site and support their extended team.

The CPU Production Manager will:
*Deliver all manufacturing KPI's and identify any trends in order to tackle them head on.
*Oversee the production process, ensuring it is both on time and as efficient as possible.
*Check that alongside production targets, high levels of quality are maintained.
*Identify training and development needs of chefs.
*Lead, inspire and manage the manufacturing team, creating a highly engaged workforce.
*Consistently identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce cost
*Control quality of food to ensure all food establishments receive unfaultable food products.

You may have come from other similar roles in a kitchen or factory set up such as an Operations Manager or Manufacturing Manager, but you could also be currently working in a similar role such as a Kitchen Manager, CPU Manager, Unit Manager, Chef Manager or Production Manager.
