Head of Supply Chain

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing FMCG organisation. The business are looking to recruit a Head of Supply Chain, responsible for end-to-end planning, logistics and customer service in a fast-paced, profitable and award winning environment.

Role
The Head of Supply Chain will be a strategic leader capable of creating effective plans and then delivering robust processes and ways of working. The business is in growth, so the only constant is change and plans and activities need to be created that take the future demands of the business in to account. This is an organisation that knows what good looks like and is on a journey to delivering it.
As a senior leader there is a sizeable team. The Head of Supply Chain will need to continue to foster a culture of collaboration, initiative and proactivity. They will be required to communicate to all levels of the business and will be comfortable rolling-up their sleeves to get to the bottom of complex problems in a demanding international supply chain.

Person
The successful candidate will need to have worked in a fast-paced environment, familiar with supplying products to the major high-street retailers. This is a highly visible role and will suit someone who is ambitious and would aspire to be, or maybe has operated, at board level and would like to develop a career with a pro-active organisation.
