Group Continuous Improvement Manager
Nationwide
£85,000 - £95,000 + Benefits
It's a great feeling when your team is successful. Especially when it's you who has taken them there.
Imagine that feeling when you've been responsible for rolling out the company wide CI strategy across one of the largest Food Manufacturing businesses in the UK. One that actively promotes you to not only operate on the senior team but to be visual and hands on with the shop floor teams too.
With multiple sites under your remit, you will need to develop individual relationships and gain the buy in from longstanding teams who are in need of new direction.
Now, you don't need me to tell you what is expected - you have your own set of standards. But what if I told you that your directional leadership could result in some of the most significant achievements that the business has seen. As a hands on leader you will need to be confident in your decisions and not afraid to constantly challenge & improve the status quo.
What's in it for you?
A company that provides you with the platform to mark your stamp on each site, creating a legacy which will be put forward across the group. You will be given the opportunity to lead extensive change over multiple fast paced manufacturing sites with one of the most recognisable names in the industry.
What do you need?
A hunger for success partnered with extensive exposure to successfully delivering improvemnets. You'll have to have previously operated at a group level looking after multiple food manufacturing sites.
All that is left is to give Dan a call on 01733 391 515 or apply below.
