Technical Manager
East London
My client based in East London are looking for a new Technical Manager to join their company due to recent growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities;
- Oversight of the company’s technical function
- To ensure maintenance of the companies BRC accreditation
- To conduct customer visits and audits
- To conduct supplier based audits
- Produce and maintain finished product specifications
- Lead the site HACCP function
- To provide input at senior management meetings
The successful candidate must have;
- A minimum of 3 years Technical Management experience
- High care/ high risk experience
- BRC experience
- HACCP level 3
