JOB TITLE: Junior Customer Project Manager (2 x vacancies)

LOCATION: Wirral

PACKAGE: Starting salary C£30,000 plus benefits

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To deliver best in class projects on time and in full for our Key Accounts.  To keep the project team fully briefed on project status, and trigger appropriate actions on the critical path. To ensure the VIVID process is followed and track and report on Business Case measures.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Plan and develop the launch of new products according to customer brief and approved business parameters
  • Ensure delivery of SKUs and products in line with customer expectations
  • Determine and effectively manage critical paths, key milestones and potential hurdles/bottlenecks
  • Effective leadership and influence of cross-functional project teams
  • Propose actions to solve any deviations when they occur assuring on time / in full project delivery
  • Analyse financial documentation relating to Project Business cases
  • Analyse performance of launched SKU's and summarise the post-launch review
  • Actively contribute and support the Key Account Managers – help to define the Project Requests before submission to the PAG

    SKILLS/WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Educated to degree level
  •  Project management skills
  •  Analytical skills (including financial analysis)
  •  Structured mindset, attention to detail
  •  Good knowledge of MS Office and aptitude for learning new systems
  •  Time management, and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
  •  Strong communication skills - assertive and tactful
  •  Ability to influence and guide large project teams – a team player
  •  Ability to take initiative, problem solve and manage conflict resolution
