We are currently on the hunt for a Production/Operations Manager for a manufacturer based in Hampshire.
A small but well established factory where you will be responsible for the business KPIs both existing and the implementation of new processes and KPIs to achieve production targets.
Key focuses for the role include:
- Production targets
- Waste management
- Labour cost
Although financial targets are a big part of this role does, you will not have P&L responsibility.
