The job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a quality graduate programme (2 year duration) where you will join a talented technical team.

You will learn all aspects of the quality function including laboratory testing, specifications, customer requirements and product release criteria, quality KPI’s, quality systems and document control, HACCP and food fraud / defence, good manufacturing practices, customer / supplier complaint management, hygiene and sanitation, compliance with external standards (e.g. BRC, customer codes of practice), internal auditing and problem-solving techniques.

This programme aims to recruit talented graduates who will develop a shared identity and common vision. The business is dedicated to the development of their personnel and will be focused on providing you with a solid and valuable foundation to grow your career.

Your experience

You will be a holder of a food science, food technology or related degree and be looking for a rewarding quality assurance food manufacturing career. Any experience of working in the food industry either from a university placement or full-time, post-grad role would be an advantage. You will be highly driven, self-motivated and committed to your career development, with a strong ambition to become part of the management team.

More details

The Quality Graduate Programme is based in North Wales and is paying c. £23,000 plus relocation support. This is a full-time position, predominantly working days, however some flexibility will be required to work 12 hour shifts and the occasional weekend.
