Night Shift Production Manager

We are currently working with a well established Food Manufacturer based in the West Midlands that has been growing steadily. They have some exciting plans to further expand Production to meet the high demand for their product.

Due to this growth and planned expansion they have now decided to add a Production Manager to the Senior Management team to run and grow the Nightshift. In this role you will oversee the entire Factory on Nights and will be the most senior Manager onsite, this role reports directly into the Production Director.

You will be expected to control and co-ordinate all the resources within the Factory to ensure that internal and external customer requirements are met in a timely manner.

Ideally you will have minimum of 5 years management experience within Food Manufacturing, experience of working closely with Engineering, HR, Technical and Planning, good knowledge of C.I/Lean implementation, knowledge of BRC & H&S requirements.

Salary on offer for this role is up to £46k + Benefits
