We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering training in order to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their work in accordance with the standard operating procedures
Main responsibilitiesOur trainers are responsible for delivering the company induction programme, tailoring standard materials/agenda to the audience, ensuring compliance to Group standards. You will also plan, organise and deliver training in specific areas of legal compliance and/or audit to the agreed standards.
Maintaining our training records, skills matrices and identifying skills gap will be a key part of this role whilst keeping Line Managers informed with progress against the plan.
Our Trainers advise and guide our Managers during our new recruits probationary period and work with them to create an action plans to ensure successful probationary completion.
Ideal candidateWe are looking for someone who is highly motivated with a fantastic attention to detail. You will be able to build relationships and bring a can do attitude into the business
