Are you ready to take that next step and become a Production Team leader / Production Supervisor?
Or are you currently a Team Leader stuck in a position with no progression looking for something new and exciting.
Either way I am currently looking for an excellent people manager with experience managing teams within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
Reporting into the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the operations team.
The ability to drive performance and hit KPI targets constantly is a must and should be something you have experiance doing.
