Crumbs is an artisan bakery in Watton at Stone, Hertfordshire. We make sourdough bread, French style pastries and classic cakes. All from scratch, all fresh daily.
We are looking for an experienced Full-time Night Baker to join our team.
You must have experience with bread and pastry including moulding, shaping and rolling.
The position will include baking off bread, shaping, proving and baking pastries and cleaning your station at the end of your shift ready for handover to the day team at 7am.
You should be able to work alone and prioritise your jobs to fit into the schedule.
We provide training to all members of our team.
Job: Permanent
Working hours: 11pm -7am, Monday - Friday.
Holidays: 28 days
Salary: negotiable for the right candidate
