Multi-Skilled Engineer | Night Shift | Food Production

Our client is a progressive and forward thinking fresh food business who is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to be part of the Maintenance team at their production site in Boston. The position has recently been approved due to growth within the business. This role will be working on a rotating, 4 on 4 off night shift pattern.

Candidates must have completed the 17th Edition wiring training and have experience of working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. If you have worked with fruit or vegetable processing machinery, I would definitely like to speak to you!

As part of the Maintenance team, you will use your knowledge of manufacturing machinery to carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the factory. Supporting the production teams by identifying training needs where necessary and coaching operators to improve performance. In addition, the Multi-Skilled Engineer will need to support production managers by identifying and carrying out improvements to the machinery and staff training needs.
A good knowledge of fault finding and programming PLCs would be highly desirable.
