Our client has a position available that requires current UK experience, a sound technical knowledge, experience of specification writing, BRC standards, working with retailers and food service.

Your main responsibilities will include:
*Technical systems with specifications writing ensuring the information is accurate in line with the supplier/customer standards and continuously reviewing and making sure all the information is up to date
*Ensure raw materials and supplier database is up to date
*Supporting NPD on new products
*Product labelling and up to date knowledge of current legislation

This is a fixed term role for a 12 month period.

Good communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with members of staff, customers and suppliers. The role will suit a forward thinking and self-motivated individual with a keen passion for delivering getting it right first time.
