The company creates, develops, manufactures and markets an extensive variety of high-quality products and ingredients for customers in the food and beverage industries. They supply customers across the world and actively implements a successful, rapid growth strategy.

The job

As NPD Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the company’s NPD projects on time and to forecasted costs plus develop and coach the NPD team to deliver consistently high performance.

You will take ownership of all existing, innovation and new product development projects from initial brief to final launch, ensure that all product development adheres to legislation and company policies, ensure new raw materials and/or packaging items meet customer and company standards, chair the weekly projects meeting and manage the day to day operation of the NPD kitchen / facility.

Your experience

To be considered for the NPD Project Manager job, you will ideally be degree educated in a food science / technology related subject together with a strong food product development track record. You will be an experienced project manager, have a solid technical knowledge including HACCP and allergen management plus excellent interpersonal skills. You will be an inspirational leader who is customer focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The NPD Project Manager job is based in the Greater London region and paying c. £40,000 plus 15% annual bonus. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.
