Reliability Engineer

If so, you're in luck. I have an opportunity that's main focus is to improve production efficiency and output. This position will allow you to utilise your experience using continuous improvements techniques. You will be expected to understand the production machinery like the back of your hand. Don't worry, you will be provided with the relevant training and coaching to ensure that you have all of the knowledge/tools to be the best that you could possibly be.

This is a very team orientated role, you will be working closely with production and the existing CI team to help drive this 2 year plan forward. You will use the root cause analysis process to provide corrective action plans in order to improve efficiency. The new planned maintenance program is being rolled out across the engineering team and will allow you to complete the necessary PM's required.

This already well established engineering team is looking for individuals that will be willing to role their sleeves up and get their hands dirty in this extremely fast paced environment. You will be required to have hands on experience with mechanical and electrical breakdowns within manufacturing. If you are an engineer within food manufacturing this will really put you in good stead.
