The Role
 
Reporting to the Marketing Director you’ll head up the internal design team providing direction and unleashing their creativity.  With responsibility for the UK and European markets this is an amazing opportunity to lead the creative vision, create new brand guidelines and execute the new look across all packaging and collateral.
 
As well as leading your team you will need to be hands on to support with design briefs big and small, inspiring original creativity in all aspects of business from start to finish. Working closely with your team you’ll be hands on, planning work schedules to ensure deadlines are met and using your own design talents to bring projects to life.
You’ll work in partnership with an external agency as well as key internal stakeholders to align the business and drive them forward. This is a key role where you can help make the step-change from challenger brand to household name.
 
The Person
 
You’ll be an experienced creative with an eye for spotting trends, extensive design abilities and ideally proven creative direction gained from in-house roles or working with amazing brands as well as on packaging design.  With a stimulating, passionate and inventive style you’ll be able to inspire a team as well influence and engage key stakeholders. 

Able to thrive in a fast paced environment with the energy and focus to deliver exceptional projects.  Applying outstanding communication skills, you understand the benefits of building collaborative relationships, whilst also able to lead your team with a flexible approach. Above all you are passionate about encouraging brand creativity and can use your ingenuity to find solutions.
