My client is a growing fmcg / food manufacturing organisation based in Manchester.

Description



Ensure that all equipment and machinery is a) safe to operate and b) operating as it should do, taking action to remedy any issues through communication with superiors and Engineering.

To maintain a safe, clean and well organised working environment within the framework of current H&S and Food Safety standards including the potential for product cross-contamination or foreign body ingress.

Ensure that all necessary and current documentation is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.

Monitor quality and standard of products

Set up and operate bagging machines, bag sealers, check weighers, Metal Detectors and basket fillers as necessary including HACCP points.
