This is for a Facilities Engineer position with a food manufacturing company in Norfolk who are investing heavily into their facilities department.

Based on a Monday to Friday day shift, as Facilities Engineer your initial focus of the role will be to maintain the refrigeration and air conditioning across the factories based at a single site. You'll receive a personalised 5 year training plan and the role will progress to be responsible for all site services including water, steam, air compressors. Whilst reporting to the Maintenance Manager you'll have the opportunity to get involved with the growth and development of the department.

This role would ideally suit someone who is interested in a static Maintenance Engineer position and looking to take ownership of their work with the drive and commitment to work towards becoming a Facilities Manager in the future.
