Area Sales Manager - Yorkshire

Due to continued growth, one of the UK’s leading chemical distribution companies working in food and drink manufacturing industry, are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager person to the team.

The role has an excellent basic salary with a competitive bonus. The focus of the role will be a 50/50 mix of account management and business development but the right candidate will have a passion and drive for sales.

Reporting directly into the Chemical Field Business Manager

The role:

• Selling a broad range of chemicals into food and drink manufacturers
• Managing an existing account base and developing new business across the Yorkshire regions
• Field based

The Person:

• Must have field sales experience for a wholesaler – preferably into either manufacturers or foodservice customers
• Proven track record in developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Passionate about sales, and earning bonuses
• Ideally selling chemicals
• Chemical product knowledge
• Previous experience selling a similar product

Salary – Upto £45,000 + Bonus + Car
