Food Safety and Quality Manager

This contemporary and high profile food brand are leading the way in redefining health and taste for discerning consumers across the UK and Europe.  The business is growing and they are now are looking for a Food Safety and Quality Manager to join their team.
 
The Role

In this integral role you will be accountable for implementing all aspects of their Quality Management Systems and the audit programme across the business, keeping relevant personnel informed of all food safety and quality aspects. To drive the quality agenda forward, you’ll be reviewing and assessing all processes and procedures whilst supporting and guiding a dedicated team to promote continuous improvement across the board. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure the business is up to speed with the latest Food Safety and Quality requirements.

The Person

We are seeking an organised and dynamic individual of Degree calibre with proven food industry experience ideally within manufacturing, QSR or retail. Lead Auditor trained and HACCP Level 4 are ideal, as you will be a go to person for Food Safety and Quality matters. Able to work in a fast paced environment both independently and as part of a wider team, you can utilise excellent communications skills to work rigorously to tight deadlines and deliver results. Travel within the UK will be required so flexibility is essential.
