We are recruiting for Factory Operatives to work on a full time permanent basis on night shift at Manton Wood in Worksop, Notts. 

We have the shift patterns available as below

Sun to Weds / Sun to Tues (11 hour shifts 4 on 4 off, 3 on 3 off) £9.39 ph

Weds to Sat / Thurs to Sat (11 hour shifts 4 on 4 off, 3 on 3 off) £9.87 ph

Overtime is paid at time and a half. Full training is provided, and previous experience is not always necessary.

All roles have a 13-week training rate paid at £8.16 per hour on nights (unless you are internal). Once you have successfully passed the probation period then the hourly rate will increase as per your shift pattern and role type.

We run recruitment / assessment events on a weekly basis at our Manton Wood site in Worksop. If you apply for multiple roles then YOU WILL ONLY BE INVITED TO ATTEND ONE ASSESSMENT EVENT. During the event we will talk through ALL vacancies we have available at Manton Wood and you will be asked to select your first and second choice.

If each of your choices are appropriate based on your skills and/or previous experience, then we will assess you against both and if you are successful it is likely you will be offered one of these.
