Role - Demand Planner
Salary - £35,000 to £40,000
Location - Poole

This role requires you to have never ending need to make sure you are working efficiently. You're also faced with the challenge of having to be a bit of a know-it-all when it comes to numbers, forecasts and systems.

You will be joining a great brand and lovely team based on the South Coast in the Poole/ Bournemouth area. They take a lot of pride in the company they have built and the selection of products they offer. Their products are well loved and constantly being developed and evolving. All they need now is a skilled and experienced Demand Planner to help create both short and long term forecasts who has some working experience with SAP to ensure continued success and happy customers.

The Demand Planner will:
*Analyse trends and customer data to improve forecast accuracy.
*Liaise with customers to keep updated on orders and stock issues.
*Create demand plans for short, medium and long term.
*Attend weekly meetings to review operational performance.
*Work closely with Supply Planner and Supply Chain Manager.

You will have experience in the food, drinks or packaging industry and in a relevant role such as a Demand Planner, Supply Chain Planner, Planning Manager, or similar supply chain focused role. Not only will you need to be great with data also but this role will also require great interpersonal skills. You will be taking on a customer facing role and need to be able to build strong relationships with them. It will also be advantageous, but not essential, to have experience working with major UK retailers and with a range of systems.
This role will be commutable from places such as Southampton and Bournemouth.
