The job

The purpose of the role is to assist in the development of food products from concept through to launch.

You will assist with the NPD projects from the initial concept to launch in the factory, prepare and dispatch product samples to customers, liaise with customers, complete all required record keeping and paperwork and assist with product trials.

Your experience

We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual who is educated to a degree/HND level in a food discipline and possess some food industry product development experience either from a university placement or full-time role. You will be highly organised, have excellent communications skills plus be IT literate.

The NPD Assistant job is based in the London region and is paying c. £18,000 - £20,000 pro rata. The working hours are Monday to Friday. This is a contract position with a duration of 3-4 months, with an immediate start.
