Group CI Manager, Food Industry, London
Expert in delivering business improvements and saving?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a major food group and demonstrate your ability to drive improvements across multiple sites. With a real eye on cost reduction this role will allow you to put into practice a range of business improvement initiatives around wastage, labour and OEE. You will work with divisional colleagues to develop a pipeline of attainable business improvement initiatives while managing site-based teams responsible for hands-on implementation. Managing teams at four manufacturing sites in the UK you will manage the big picture while having site-based experts implementing the day to day plans.
This role would suit someone who has the following experience:
- Continuous Improvement / Lean position in a major FMCG business
- Extensive manufacturing experience in a world class manufacturing (WCM) environment
- Ability to deliver cost savings while managing and influencing in a matrix style structure

As a multi-site role, you have the opportunity to be based from London or one of the Northern manufacturing sites.
