Job Details
We currently have a requirement for a Food Technologist with a small but rapidly growing business in the Cheshire area, who have a genuinely lovely team culture for you to be part of.
The Technical and NPD team are interlinked, and so although this is a Technical role, you must be happy to take on some elements of NPD.
Hours of work would be Monday - Friday 8am-4pm, salary circa £25-29k.
Main responsibilities:
- HACCP and Internal Audit team member
- Active role in all 3rd party/customer/BRC audits
- Manage non-conformances on site, from root cause through to corrective action
- Approval/sign off of specifications, artwork and labelling
- Manage supplier approval and ongoing supplier maintenance
