A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a very dynamic and entrepreneurial food manufacturing business who have gone through some internal progression and are in need of a new Operations Manager.

If you are a highly motivated and ambitious Production Manager / Operations Manager looking to joining a progressive company we need to talk!

This food manufacturing company has seen exceptional growth over the past few years and continues to grow exponentially, for them to adhere to their huge yet very achievable plans, they need an Operations Manager who not only knows what good looks like but how to implement it.

With full accountability and responsibility for the manufacturing site as well as supporting and executing a continuous improvement plan, you will need to be someone who can multitask well and delegate where necessary. Previous experience at this level is a must, as you will need to hit the ground running.

You will need to be an inspirational and charismatic leader with the ability to drive performance and inspire the team around you. As with any senior role, the ability to drive culture and operational change is pivotal, as well as delivering sustainable change through Lean Manufacturing principles.
