As an operation that has had the same people at the heart of the business for a generation, you will be accountable for bringing them into the 21st century as you coach, develop and nurture the team into a high performing unit.
As the site grows, so will your role.
The company are deploying a new commercial plan and are securing new business all of the time. With your hands on approach and personable character, you will lead the teams through the introduction of not only the new business but also new machinery and processes.

As they invest even further, you will be expected to lead projects where necessary and act as the point of contact for Hygiene, Technical, Engineering, Supply chain and Operations in an all-encompassing position.
