£80,000 - £85,000 + Benefits

As an agent for change, you will be managing the introduction of a continuous improvement strategy across multiple complex food manufacturing sites for one of the biggest names in the industry.

After years of inconsistent attempts to install a lean culture, the business have committed to deploying a continuous improvement team within each of their sites. With a hands on approach, they will focus on the training and development of each department within the site and look to promote individual autonomy.

As the spearhead for this operation in what is one of the key areas of the business you will be accountable for ensuring this is a success. Your visual presence and intimate approach will prove essential as you look to provide support in driving through the new phase of a change culture.

You will need a strong food manufacturing background with a proven track record in the strategic development and hands on implementation of a continuous improvement program.

Your role in the business won't be overlooked. As their strategy continues to succeed and the business continues to grow - you will be rewarded with increased responsibility and the opportunity to develop the business into unknown dizzy heights.
