Due to ongoing growth, this reputable company is looking for a production manager to join their team.
It is important that you have experience of managing large teams and value the importance of coaching and training them, as much as this company does. Of course, health and safety, KPIs and continuous improvement all fall under your belt too, in return, you will be rewarded with a generous package, great hours and an enviable work culture.
A background in food manufacturing is essential for this position as well as at least 5 years management experience.
