Job Details
Systems… they need to be in place to make the world go round. There is no getting away from the fact that this job cannot be for everyone. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the technical systems for site.
On a personal note, you will have to be pro-active and have the ability to coach and manage a team, while small you will still need to lead by example to ensure they are comfortable and confident in their workload and their performances. Being a confident and strong communicator is important as you will be liaising with site management.
Day to day tasks will vary but that's good- keeps you on your toes and makes every day a little different! You are experienced in working in the food industry so familiar with Health and safety regulations and encouraging others to comply with them to ensure of a safe working environment at all times!
