Are you a senior leader who operates at your best when the sun goes down, well you need to read on if that is the case.....

Our client is a leading bespoke bakery manufacturer who are looking for a Production Manager to manage their night shift, you will be the most senior staff member on site, while you work the night shift, so it's down to you to ensure the delivery of the production plan.

With the responsibility of running the factory, you will be accountable for the working environment ensuring that you meet all standards and that performance targets are in compliance with health & safety, food safety, legislative requirements and company procedures.

You will be managing up to 65 employees at one time so you will be the "go to" leader in your own right. You will work with your team to enable them to hit their targets with on the job mentoring and coaching, ensuring production runs like clockwork.

Your background of being the "go to" leader who has ran teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, will be key for you to thrive in this position. If you have the ability to make a difference and you have managed in a similar environment this could be the perfect opportunity for you to shine.

Your night shift will run from 7pm to 7am - with a 4 on 4 off pattern.
