You may be covering this already in which case why would you want to move and do the same thing?

Well, this is a group role.

Whilst you will be based out of one site day to day yourself, you will manage multiple and have a team of five to help do this.

That means added responsibility of course and exposure to more stakeholders across the business. You'll be dealing with a host of suppliers and will have to keep the QMS across the sites in line with BRC and UK retailer standards.

The job is also newly created within the company which means there is a real opportunity to make it your own too.

As far as the business goes, they produce ready to heat / eat products for pretty much every retailer going and can offer you complete job security, training and plenty of opportunity to progress over time.
